Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Resolutions of the Board of Education of the Newton Falls Exempted Village School District, passed on the 20th day of July, 2019 and on the 30th day of July, 2019, Resolution Nos. 157-2019 and 164-2019, respectively, there will be submitted to a vote of the people said School District at the general election to be held in said School District, at the regular places of voting therein, on Tuesday,
the 5th day of November, 2019, the question of levying an additional tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation, for the purpose of providing for the emergency requirements of the School District in the sum of $548,707.50.
Said tax being an additional tax at a rate not exceeding 4.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.45 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a 5 year period of time, commencing in January 2019, first due in calendar year 2020.
The polls for said Election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. of said day.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Resolution No. 2019 -015 of the Board of Education of the West Branch Local School District, Counties of Mahoning, Columbiana and Portage, Ohio, passed on the 6th day of August 2019, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2019, the question of imposing an annual school district income tax on the taxable income of individuals as defined in Section 5748.01(E)(1)(b) of the Revised Code, at a rate of one half percent (0.5%), for the purpose of school district purposes.
