SAVIO, 9199 Hemingway Grove Circle, Knoxville, Tennessee 37922, PAUL VUICHARD, 1647 Masfield Terrace, North Fort Myers, Florida 33903, and, if alive, or if dead, their unknown spouses, widows, widowers, heirs, devisees, creditors, grantees, and all parties having or claiming by, through, under, or against them, and any and all persons claiming any right, title, interest, claim, lien, estate or demand against the Defendant(s) in regards to the following described property in Hendry County, Florida:

LOTS 93 AND 94, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TAMIAMI ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 44.

Notice is hereby given to each of you that an action to quiet title to the above described properties has been filed against you and you are required to serve your written defenses on Plaintiff's attorney, Bill McFarland, P.A., 2930 Del Prado Blvd.. S #A, Cape Coral, FL 33904, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, P.O. Box 310, Ft. Myers, FL 33902 on or before May 14, 2018 or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE will be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Lee County, Florida.
