The annual meeting for the election of directors of the Mahoning County Agricultural Society will be held at the Colonial Inn on the Canfield Fairgrounds, Wednesday, November 6, 2019 between the hours of 12 noon and 4:00 p.m.
A member of the Mahoning County Agricultural Society desiring to become a Director, must file with the Secretary or Fair Manager no later than October 30, 2019, a petition signed by not less than ten (10) members of the Society. Only candidates who have met this requirement for filing shall be eligible for election as a director.
Petitions shall be furnished and must be procured from the Secretary or Fair Manager.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Springfield Township, Ohio, passed on the 24th day of July, 2019, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2019 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Springfield Township for the purpose of maintaining the fire department. Tax being a replacement at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing with tax year 2020, first due in calendar year 2021.
The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Resolutions of the Board of Trustees of the Township of Kinsman, Ohio, passed on January 19, 2019 and on February 25, 2019, Resolution Nos. 2019-033 and 2019-044, respectively, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of said subdivision at the general election to be held in said Township at the regular places of voting therein, on the 5th day of November, 2019, the question of levying a
tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation, for the benefit of said Township, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 5705.03, 5705.19(G), 5705.191 and 5705.192 for the purpose of the general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of streets, roads and bridges.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Resolutions of the Board of Trustees of the Township of Vernon, Ohio , passed on the 14th day of May, 2019 and on the 11th day of June, 2019, Resolution Nos. 2019-62 and 2019-70, respectively, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of the entire territory of said Vernon Township, in the general election to be held in
