TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by that certain Deed of Trust dated April 26, 2011, by Steven T. Lenox, a married man to Samuel I. TERMS: Cash. A bidder's deposit of up to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount may be required in cash or certified funds at the time of the sale.
