Sealed proposals will be received by the Alpena County Road Commission, 1400 North Bagley Street, Alpena, Michigan, 49707, until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing the annual requirements of the following materials:

1.Aggregate
2.Bituminous Patching Materials
3.Brine Application for Dust Control on Alpena County Roads
4.Emulsified Asphalts
5.Liquid Calcium Chloride, Applied

All prices quoted are to be F.O.B. Alpena, Michigan, unless noted elsewhere. Instructions and specifications may be obtained at the Road Commission office at the above address, or will be mailed upon request by telephoning (989) 354-3252.

All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name of the bidder, the item bid on, and the date of the bid opening clearly marked on the front of the envelope. No faxed or e-mailed bids will be accepted.
