OF THE TEN-MILL LIMITATION
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Resolutions of the Board of Education of the Niles City School District, adopted on June 20, 2019, and July 16, 2019, respectively, there will be submitted to a vote of the electors of that School District at an election to be held in the School District on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at the regular places of voting therein, the question of the renewal of all of an existing tax levy in the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,300,000) per year for a period of ten years, beginning with a levy on the 2020 tax list and duplicate, for first collection in 2021, for the purpose of providing for the emergency requirements of the Niles City School District. Said tax constitutes the renewal of all of an existing levy.
The estimated average additional tax outside of the ten-mill limitation imposed by Section 2, Article XII, Ohio Constitution, necessary to raise that a
nnual amount as certified by the Trumbull County Auditor is 5.7 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 57 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation.
The polls for said Election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. of said day.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Council of the Village of Poland, Ohio, passed on the 6th day of August, 2019, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2019 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of the Village of Poland for the purpose of current expenses. Tax being a renewal at a rate not exceeding 3.2 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.32 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing with the tax year 2020, first due in calendar year 2021.

22-10173 of the Board of Education of Liberty Local School District, Ohio, adopted on June 28, 2019, and July 22, 2019, respectively, there will be submitted to a vote of the electors of said School District at an election to be held in said School District at the regular places of voting therein, on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, the question of renewing an existing tax levy in the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($1,766,316) per year for a period of five years for the purpose of providing for the emergency requirements of the School District. If a majority of the voters voting thereon vote in favor thereof, that tax will commence in 2020, and be first due in calendar year 2021.
The estimated tax outside of the ten-mill limitation necessary to raise that annual amount as certified by the County Auditor is 7.8 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 78 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation.
The polls for said Election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. of said day.

The object of this suit is to quiet and establish title to certain real estate by Joseph M. Fleming and Leona M. Fleming, husband and wife, which real estate is a tract containing 15.608 acres, located off of State Route 600, and being partially in Stonewall Magisterial District, Shenandoah County, Virginia, and partially in Back Creek Magisterial District, Frederick County, Virginia, as shown on the plat referenced above. It appears from an Affidavit filed in this matter that the names and addresses of some of the Defendants are unknown and because there are or may be persons whose names are unknown who have an interest in the subject matter of this suit, those persons have been made Defendants by the general description "Parties Unknown". The Plaintiffs claim that they and their predecessors in interest have claimed title to the property described herein by Adverse Possession having had uninterrupted, actual, exclusive, continued, visible, notorious, and hostile possession of the property since at least December 7, 1998.

It is therefore ORDERED that the Defendants herein appear before this Court on the 2nd day of December, 2019 to protect their interest herein. It is further ORDERED that the foregoing be published in the Northern Virginia Daily, a newspaper of general circulation in Shenandoah County, Virginia once a week for a period of 4 successive weeks.
