The Nashua
Housing Authority is seeking to fill the full-time position of Property Manager. The Property Manager is
responsible for all property activities
related to
compliance with the lease at assigned development(s). This role as "lease enforcer" requires the Property Manager to represent the
Authority at court proceedings,
perform unit
inspections, monitor rental arrearages, and status of
physical repairs that might effect code compliance and thus the Authority's
obligations under the lease. This
position requires
extensive contact with residents and is the central point of contact regarding lease and
occupancy matters. The Property Manager provides supervision to two assistants who aid in all aspects of the
position. This is a
Monday through
Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. position with rotating
weekend/holiday coverage.

The Milford Department of Public Works is seeking energetic, dependable and conscientious individual(s) to fill the position(s) of Seasonal Laborer within our Public Works Dept.

Duties include landscaping, grounds and building maintenance, construction activities and other tasks as assigned throughout the Parks, Cemeteries and Highway Departments.

Hours will be 6:30/7:00am to 3:00/3:30pm, Monday through Friday, May to
November. Work is
performed inside and out of doors in an environ- ment which includes
exposure to physical elements and/or to a number of disagreeable working conditions.

Experience - Prefer min.of 6 (six) months experience performing general labor, grounds keeping or building maintenance work OR any combination of education and experience which demonstrates required knowledge, skill
and abilities.

Requirements Successful applicant must be 18+ years of age, possess a valid NH Driver's License, have a steady/dependable work history and be safety conscious.
