We currently have an opportunity for a Master Multi-Craft Class I maintenance associate at our Middlefield, OH state of the art and clean manufacturing facility. At our Middlefield location we have tight color control processes, PLC automation, extruders, mills, continuous web processes and various curing technologies which all help to deliver the best flooring solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to improve and modify equipment, have a strong working knowledge and experience working with electricity; this includes low to high voltage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Additional knowledge and experience required for this position includes but is not limited to mechanical equipment repair and troubleshooting, the ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, boiler maintenance and repair, and the ability to effectively operate welders, pipe threading and milling machines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of plant experience with a focus in electrical control and a two years of vocational or college education.
