POSITION TITLE: Managed Care Clinical Specialist/Social

located in Marquette, Michigan, the Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan, serving the residents of Michigan's Upper
Peninsula is currently recruiting an individual as a Clinical Social Worker in the Access Department with a focus on advocacy and access to appropriate Mental Health care. This candidate will be joining a supportive
environment
of dedicated
professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS: An experienced Master's Level Social Worker with a State
of Michigan
license is required.
Consideration may be given to an applicant who holds a State of Michigan licensure as a Limited Licensed Masters Social Worker. One year of
professional human service experience
involving clinical and case management skills and/or
coordination with other health and human
service agencies is also required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the NorthCare Chief Executive Officer, this position will provide
excellent customer
service and clinical screenings to callers seeking mental health services in the Upper Peninsula. Will
implement resource and referral information to residents navigating the Mental Health
system, to assist them in locating services. Coordinate hospital
authorizations,
utilization review,
and make eligibility determinations on the phone. This position will serve all recipients in the NorthCare
Network region.

Marquette County, Michigan seeks an experienced and proficient individual to fill the position of Township Assessor. Chocolay Township has a population of 6,000. The 2016
assessment roll
included 3,781
parcels, 3,332 real property (approximately 3,000
structures), 158
personal property, & 12 CFR/CFA parcels (approximately 813 acres). Total 2016 taxable value was $202,692,352.

The Assessor is responsible for the appraisal of all
agricultural, commercial, industrial, residential, and
personal property in the Township, preparation and maintenance of all tax records, certification of all a
ssessment and tax rolls, and preparation of assessment evidence for the Board of Review and Michigan Tax Tribunal. Minimum requirements
include a high school diploma with thorough understanding of real estate appraisal principles, laws, and regulations,
Michigan Certified Assessing Officer (MCAO) certification conferred through the Michigan Department of Treasury, 3 years' experience as an assessor or appraiser, and a valid driver's license.
Experience with GIS mapping, BS&A.Net, Apex, and Microsoft Office software is a plus.

This is a full-time
